該片講述了收藏家收藏了一架“人骨鋼琴”，意外發現自己收藏的木偶竟會主動靠近人骨鋼琴，得知這個秘密後收藏家突然消失。原來在前世“木偶”和“人骨鋼琴”竟是夫妻。詭異的木偶，恐怖的空房間人骨鋼琴似泣血嗚咽，百年木偶似惡靈附身，重複著前世的哀愁。家人離奇失蹤、死亡不斷驗證著關於“人骨鋼琴”的傳說，人骨鋼琴似附身歸來，奪命迷魂！真相揭幕那一刻，真正的恐懼才伴隨著巨大的痛苦徹底爆發。
