《隱世狼女第二季》改編自小說《Women of the other world》，講述了主人公Elena Michaels是一名女攝影師。她一直隱藏著自己的真實身份並努力過著平常人的生活。可惜事與願違，一通神秘來電打破了她平靜的生活。從古至今一直是狼人庇護所的Stonehaven接連出現屍體，狼人族群收到未知獵人的匿名威脅。被迫回到Stonehaven的Elena能否揭開血案後的真相？她又能否從狼人的世界中全身而退？狼人族群的未來又何去何從？一切的一切都把握在世界上唯一碩果僅存的女狼人Elena的手中。
