1986 劇情簡介：一宗跨國要案難住香港警方，在一次高層秘密會議上，曹探長（曹德發 飾）接受下屬建議，決定派非警方人員盜走日本黑幫犯罪分子的名貴鑽石。他照例找到五福星老搭檔，但最終隻有鷓鴣菜（洪金寶 飾）同意接手。經過一番篩選，他們從警局內部又找到4個不著調的警員，分別是：狗王倫（譚詠麟 飾）、肥豹（鄭則士 飾）、Rambo（劉德華 飾）、Band友（陳友 飾）和力保健（樓南光 飾）。這幾個人的搞笑和脫線本領比起五福星來有強不差，鬧出更多的笑話。為了在短期內將他們訓練有素，曹探長還專門派出性感迷人且身懷絕技的女警察一品香擔任教練，隻是這群色迷迷、隻想著占便宜的家夥最終能否成功完成任務呢？
