四個多年未見的大學同學聚會碰麵，偶然中一部手機，裏麵有一條未發出的短信，提到有一筆錢在一所廢棄學校裏。他們不顧學校鬧鬼的傳聞和報導，夜闖廢棄學校尋寶。隨後發生了一係列靈異事件，同行夥伴相繼失蹤、死去……
