出身於克利夫蘭的殺手弗蘭克（Allen Baron 飾）在聖誕前夕接到了一份新的工作，他再次孤身一人回到曾經熟悉的城市，這次的目標是二流企業的老板。弗蘭克每日跟蹤對方，尋找下手機會並托付別人準備手槍。沉默寡言的弗蘭克拒絕與別人溝通，在飯店偶遇的熟人讓他隻想逃避，但舊日相識勞拉的出現點燃了他僅存的一點熱情，不過弗蘭克卻無法讓對方接受自己。聯係人遲遲沒能提供手槍讓弗蘭克一怒之下殺了他。驚慌失措的弗蘭克致電雇主，試圖終止合作，電話另一頭卻大為光火，將弗蘭克推上了不歸路…… 這部電影始終貫穿畫外音解說，是導演、編劇兼主演Allen Baron的新嚐試。
