佛羅裏達沼澤裏，巨蟒的數量激增，威脅到短吻鱷的生存。一個激進的動物保護主義者（女性）將大量蟒蛇偷運到佛羅裏達沼澤放生，引起了一個森林巡邏隊員（也是女性）的強烈不滿。這個巡邏隊員曆來主張保護短吻鱷。當矛盾激化時，一場蟒蛇戰鱷魚的好戲上演了。 Syfy 宣布下一部B級怪獸電影《巨蟒大戰恐鱷》（Mega Python Vs Gatoroid）將於1月29日播出。這部劇集是由80年代兩名歌壇天後Debbie Gibson（15歲時首發專輯登上排行榜首位）和Tiffany（16歲時專輯銷量達到1600萬份）共同主演的。故事描述一個動物保護主義者（Debbie Gibson）偷偷將寵物商店裏的緬甸巨蟒放入佛羅裏達沼澤地裏，破壞了當地的生態平衡。為了保護自己喜愛的短吻鱷，當地的護林員（Tiffany）給它們注射激素，導致它們的身體快速生長。巨蟒和恐鱷爆發一場大戰，兩個女人也打得不可開交。
