上一季完結時，Vic已經已經到了絕境的邊緣；由於Shane需要亞美尼亞黑幫的幫助，全盤脫出了他們搶劫黑幫運鈔車的內幕，使得Vic的家人遭到亞美尼亞黑幫追殺；自己也麵臨的最終委員會的審查，職位不保。卻發現了最後一顆救命稻草，墨西哥黑幫勢力的入侵使得Vic和Aceveda再次走到一起，並意外獲得了一箱子墨西哥黑幫控製的公司Pezuela收集的法明頓地區高級幹部的內幕。
