《冷血驚魂》劇情簡介
從布魯塞爾來到倫敦的卡蘿爾（凱瑟琳·德納芙 Catherine Deneuve 飾）是當地一家美容沙龍的員工。在這個光怪陸離的大都會，青春美麗的卡蘿爾竭力壓抑自己心中躁動的欲望，由此她表現出些許的焦慮和神經質。雖然有年輕帥氣的小夥子柯林（John Fraser 飾）鍥而不舍地追求，但卡蘿爾更願意和姐姐海倫（Yvonne Furneaux 飾）廝守在一起。相較於容易緊張的妹妹，海倫似乎頗為適應這個社會，她與一名有婦之夫相戀，兩人相約利用假期去意大利旅行。然而，海倫的離開卻讓卡蘿爾的精神接近崩潰邊緣，無可挽回的悲劇由此上演……
本片榮獲1965年柏林國際電影節銀熊獎評委會特別獎和國際影評人費比西獎。
